Welcome to Two Scoops and a Byte—where tech support meets sweet support.
It all started with a brainstorm (or maybe it was a brain freeze).
After moving on from my IT job in Spokane, I realized two things: 1) I love what I do and there was a need for more tech repair options in Colfax and 2) everything is better with ice cream.
So, with a sprinkle of creativity and a scoop of spontaneity, Two Scoops and a Byte was born.
We’re a hybrid shop —half help desk, half dessert haven— all heart. Whether your laptop needs fixing or you just need to fix your craving for mint chocolate chip, we’re here for it. Have a tech meltdown? Cool down with a sundae while we debug your devices.
As locals for nearly five years, we wanted to create more than just a shop — we wanted a community spot. A place to enjoy ice cream, hang out, maybe catch a fun event, and leave with your phone AND your sweet tooth fully charged.

Monday - Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Sunday: 12pm - 3pm
A Byte Help Desk:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 12pm
